Western Seed Ventures Inc. seeks to acquire cannabis companies in possession of a micro-grow license. By providing some funding and management expertise, we will apply for a standard license to upgrade the operation to that of a Licensed Producer. Our team will work closely with each acquired company to ensure they have proper security, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Production Practices, and other Licensed Producer compliance standards that meet Health Canada requirements. The upgraded micro-grower would then be able to not only survive but thrive.

Partnerships

• Western Seed Ventures Inc. will provide extraction services to micro-growers, allowing the company to share in the revenue stream without taking over the operation. New product revenues will be split with the grower.
• WSV will serve craft growers by engaging them in mutually beneficial co-op agreements that promote cost-sharing and other shared benefits.
• WSV will offer processing and extraction services to craft growers, LPs, and other processors through standard contracts and tolling and white label services.
